Last Call for 2015 – Solar PV Training for #SolarVets

The Veteran Asset and Ambassador Energy have joined forces for a final #SolarVets class in 2015 for transitioning military service members and veterans. The class will be held December 7 through 18 in Murrieta, CA, and TVA will line up job interviews upon graduation.

Military Veteran Solar Training Program Graduates its First Female Officer

Representing only a small fraction of the solar photovoltaic workforce, it is not unusual that women are also under-represented in the solar classroom. The Veteran Asset, a non-profit whose mission is facilitating solar training and placing its graduates into jobs within the renewable energy industries, is doing its part to change the statistics by recruiting women.

The Veteran Asset and Ambassador Energy Offer Scholarships for Solar Training in August 2015 to US Military Veterans and Transitioning Service Members

Event attendees who signed up for information from The Veteran Asset (TVA) at the Hire America’s Heroes Energy Industry Forum and Job Fair on June 24th, 2015 at Camp Pendleton will be offered full scholarships to the PV Design and Installation 2-week course in Murrieta, CA.
